Meet the Founder

Olivia Love is the founder of Town Lake Ventures. She specializes in incubating new business and products for early-stage startups and within global enterprises. With over 15 years of experience, she has delivered new products, businesses and strategic growth for numerous world-renowned organizations including McKinsey & Company, Salesforce, Disney, PepsiCo, and Delta Airlines. 

With her collaborative and hands-on approach, Olivia guides leaders on solving complex problems through data-driven, creative solutions, whether they are bringing new ideas to market, entering a new market or transforming their business for sustainable growth. She finds her energy while creating delightful experiences for others and empowering people and teams to reach their full potential.

Prior to Town Lake ventures, Olivia worked at McKinsey & Company for 7+ years where she led the incubation of new products and businesses as part of McKinsey New Ventures and helped clients transform their organizations by building the skills of their workforce at scale as part of the People and Organizational Performance practice. She has an Engineering degree from University of Michigan and is a lifelong learner, mentor and advocate of skills-based learning and apprenticeship.
