Meet the Founder

Olivia Love is the founder of Town Lake Ventures. For 15+ years she has worked where learning, technology, and human-centered design meet.

At McKinsey & Company, Olivia led product for McKinsey Academy (800+ clients, 1M+ participants). She also incubated AI-powered coaching tools and skills-based talent marketplaces in the People & Organizational Performance practice and built new digital products with McKinsey New Ventures. Today she also leads product for M1, an AI-powered learning and peer intelligence community for Fortune 1000 executives. Earlier in her career, she delivered new products, businesses and strategic growth for numerous world-renowned organizations including Salesforce, Disney, PepsiCo, and Delta Airlines.

Olivia believes AI education works when it’s personal, practical, and tied to real work, and when it protects what makes us human: well-being, curiosity, and judgment. She has an Engineering degree from University of Michigan and is a lifelong learner, mentor and advocate of skills-based learning and apprenticeship.
